Doing this has fostered a new work habit but the late night time slot that has evolved to complete this daily poem has veered me into the paths of insomniacs and werewolves.Kristina Cnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9857818.post-41611808176355301582012-04-23T21:08:23.192+01:002012-04-23T21:08:23.192+01:00know what you mean - maily consists of a tired br...know what you mean - maily consists of a tired brain rummaging for words just before I go to sleep - what they may become I do not know but even scraps of ideas can lead somewhereLinda Blacknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9857818.post-28399867540558826042012-04-23T16:46:35.667+01:002012-04-23T16:46:35.667+01:00Still there! Resumed it on Sunday, liked some of the poems I did so far, about half of what I've done.Reissyhttp://rabban12.deviantart.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9857818.post-31950812252748122982012-04-23T14:41:48.124+01:002012-04-23T14:41:48.124+01:00I am on vacation in Puerto Rico, still writing a p...I am on vacation in Puerto Rico, still writing a poem every day, though the quality has slipped a bit since I've been here. That said, I am still pleased to be accruing so much new work. Working every day certainly keeps one deeply immersed in the poet's mindset. Being at the well of creativity -- that alone is bliss, regardless of how much finished work one has to show for it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9857818.post-40997139645714346112012-04-23T12:53:59.729+01:002012-04-23T12:53:59.729+01:00I dropped the torch at Day 20 unfortunately :( Wil...I dropped the torch at Day 20 unfortunately :( Will certainly be back again for more next year. Managed to publish a small 10 poem collection on Kindle in the mean time though :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9857818.post-38979373107895271582012-04-23T12:12:54.586+01:002012-04-23T12:12:54.586+01:00I have fourteen and a half poor to upper middling ...I have fourteen and a half poor to upper middling poems so far this poetry month. I'm very happy with that, plenty of material to improve upon later, and as I'm off to Italy for a week on May 2nd I will have another great opportunity for writing. A prose poem or seven of the quality of James Wright's 'A Snail At Assisi' is what I am aiming for.Graham Burchellhttp://www.gburchell.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9857818.post-52903350118575504152012-04-23T11:48:33.861+01:002012-04-23T11:48:33.861+01:00Still in there, stimulated by a trip to Berlin las...Still in there, stimulated by a trip to Berlin last week. Thought I'd not have time to write, but squeezed some things out. Bit sketchy over the week-end, but enjoyed stealing a few book spine titles this morning. I have a poem called Spinal Tap, as a result. Over the hump now, but not quite free-wheeling.GreatBigBadgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06050433963300493449noreply@blogger.com
